Bonny Roberts, MHA, PMP, has dedicated more than 20 years to improving healthcare through technology. Her strengths lie in relationship development and experience management.
Bonny Roberts serves Diameter’s customer base to ensure voice and satisfaction. She has spent almost half her career working for academic medical centers and over half developing presence, process, product and relationships at young healthcare software companies. Bonny is committed to innovating through teamwork, personal dedication, and partnership. Her focus on customer success starts with the very first touch and assumes constant dialogue, honesty and progression throughout the Diameter Health experience.
Prior to joining Diameter Health, Bonny held expanding roles at Aventura Software culminating in her executive leadership of “everything after the sale.” Before moving to the vendor side, Bonny was a Sr. Solutions Consultant for The Ohio State University Medical Center where she managed system workflow development, facilitated the Clinical Applications prioritization council, and was certified in Epic Optime. Prior to The OSUMC, she worked as a project manager for CentriMed, a healthcare supply chain e-commerce company that became the bricks and mortar for The Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX). During what she fondly terms her “MBA” at GHX, Bonny worked as a product manager for the ordering and reporting product lines.
A native of Dayton, Ohio Bonny earned a BA in Psychology at Duke University and a Masters in Health Administration at The Ohio State University. She began her career in healthcare as an Administrative Fellow at Yale New Haven Health.
