A customer-centric, marketing and communications leader, and design professional, Rich brings 18 plus years’ experience transforming communication models and building exceptional customer experiences driving sales and customer success in the healthcare industry.
Prior to joining Diameter Health, Rich was Director of Digital Experience and Communications at Burgess, where he lead experience design for business development, marketing, product and operations teams elevating the overall brand experience for customers and employees. Prior to Burgess, Rich was a Marketing and Communications specialist for PNT Data where he took a significant role in their company rebranding and UX design for their product portal. Rich also served as Product UX/UI Design and Documentation Specialist for Optum working on their claims reimbursement and prospective payment systems platform.
Rich holds a B.A. in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Connecticut along with various marketing and communication certifications.
