As Chief Technology Officer, Harvard is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical strategy and development. He is an experienced technology executive and brings fifteen years’ experience in senior technology leadership roles to Diameter Health.

Most recently, Harvard was Vice President of Engineering for QPID Health, where he managed the development of clinical software that brought needed information within the clinical or administrative workflows directly to the user.

Prior to QPID Health, Harvard was Chief Technology Officer at HealthFortis, working with some of the largest health systems to deliver clinical decision support and referral management applications in the cloud. Before working in the healthcare industry, he served as the Director of Engineering for the Business Intelligence Analytics Server group at Oracle Corporation. Mr. Pan started his career at Siebel Systems, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006.

Harvard earned a BS, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
