Diameter Health Launches Customer Portal
Diameter Health announces the launch of a new Customer Portal to improve service to customers and access to information. The Portal offers a self-service approach to learn about Diameter Health solutions and is the go-to source for customer documentation, training, support, and announcements. The core features of the portal include:
- Search and explore articles and videos in our growing library of content to access the information you need, when you need it. Here, we can also share project plans to collaborate with customers during their implementation.
- Watch video tutorials and learn about Diameter Health solutions at your own pace.
- Have a question? Experience an issue? Customers can create, view, and manage support tickets directly in the portal and keep tabs on progress, all while engaging with Diameter Health’s support team along the way.
- The Community Forum enables customers to engage with each other and the Diameter Health team through various topic discussions, as well as learn about product updates, new feature enhancements, Diameter Health news, and industry insights. The Customer Portal replaces the Clinical Data Map, and beginning March 1, users will be automatically redirected to the Customer Portal.
