Fusion and Analyze Products

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the Settings tab in the top menu, clicking “Reset Password” and then selecting a new password. If you need further assistance, contact Diameter Health Support.

How does the Fusion API work?

The API normalizes clinical information from a “raw’ XML CCD (C32 HITSP or C-CDA 1.1) or a set of HL7 2.x messages which have been mapped to Diameter Health’s JSON data model. Independent referencing is important since normalization of clinical information is a pre-requisite for de-duplication. For additional information, see the clinical data map on the Client Resource page

How do I configure the rules in Analyze?

Analyze includes nearly 300 rules and preset severity levels and weights. However, administrators can adjust rule severity and weight to customize the program to your organization’s requirements.

  • Severity levels may be altered (Critical, Significant, or Minor)
  • The rule weight range is: 0 to 15. Setting the rule weight to 0 disables the rule. Note that disabled rules will not be added to any document.
  • Suggested weights for each severity level are: Minor (1-3), Significant (4-7), and Critical (8-15)

How do I upload multiple documents to Analyze?

The Analyze “Upload Batch” option automatically reads multiple files and generates scores for completeness and syntax for the batch in the View Graphs section. Individual files or a zip file may be uploaded for batch processing.

Analyze displays the same rule violation multiple times; how do I display only the first rule violation?

Use the “Show 1st Rule Violation Only” option to view only the first instance of a rule violation. The number of times CCD Analyzer identified the issue will also display. This will allow you to quickly identify each unique rule in sections with multiple entries.

How do I configure my risk settings in Predict?

Users can configure Predict’s thresholds between low and moderate risk and between moderate and high risk by clicking on App Settings on the home screen and then clicking on “Edit Risk Threshold for Readmission Risk.”

What are the advantages of the Predict readmission model?

The advantages of Diameter Health’s Predict model include:

  • Use of data that’s already been collected in the course of care
  • Multivariate clinical models use rich clinical detail for more accurate predictions than models based on claims data alone
  • Available during the process of care delivery and does not depend on subsequent claims data

What are the advantages of Diameter Health’s Envision application?

  • Automation fully leverages existing clinical data in CCD with minimal interruption of workflow
  • Focuses on conditions that have significant impact on re-admission risk, mortality risk and/or case-mixed index, to enable hospitals to impact both quality and revenue
  • Timely Results: Uses clinical data available in the EHR, and generates updated missed documentation lists on daily basis
  • Sets proper clinical criteria to identify missed documentation with confidence and saves time for physicians

Is Envision configurable?

Yes; users can configure both the display name of a facility and the reimbursement per CMI by clicking “App Settings” on the Envision home page and then clicking “Edit Facility Name and CMI”
